Taste
The flavour profile largely follows the aroma. It opens with a gentle touch of vanilla, followed by deep and smooth smoky sweetness from the malt. The finish is long and mellow, revealing hints of minerality and a touch of saltiness. For its strength, it’s pleasantly balanced and easy-drinking - a perfect dark beer for a chilly autumn evening.
