Taste
A light-bodied, berry-forward sour beer with notes of cherry marmalade, a hint of citrus, and a touch of almond. The finish is long and refreshing, with the cherry becoming slightly sweeter toward the end.
Appearance
The beer has a slightly hazy bright red color. When poured, it forms a large pink head that doesn’t last long.
Nose
The aroma is juicy and berry-like, reminiscent of grandma’s cherry compote.
