The owner of shop.pohjalabeer.com online shop is Põhjala Brewing AS, located at Serva 28, Tallinn 11618, Estonia.
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the online shop. The prices are marked next to the products. Additionally, cost for shipping is added. The shipping cost depends on the location of the customer and the chosen shipping method. The cost for shipping is calculated at check out. Product information is given next to the product.
To order the product it must be added to the shopping cart. The form with required information must be completed and a shipping method chosen. Afterwards the full cost of the purchase will be given and can be paid via bank link or other payment method. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
The contract goes into effect once the payment has been received into the bank account of the Web Shop. If for any reason the ordered product(s) can’t be shipped due to stock running low or any other circumstance, the paid sum will be returned without delay, but not later than within 14 days.

The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be shown next to shipping methods. Parcels within Estonia will usually reach the destination within 3-7 working days from the moment the contract goes into effect. Parcels sent outside of Estonia should reach the destination within 30 calendar days. In some exceptional cases the shipping time can be up to 45 calendar days.
Customers are responsible for the local taxes and customs charges. The Web Shop reserves the right to deduct the shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
Returns, refunds, cancellations
After receiving the goods, the customer has the right to back out from the contract within 14 days. This right does not apply to legal bodies. To use the right to back out from the contract the goods ordered should not have been used or otherwise tampered with and should be returned in the same condition as was received.
If the goods have been tampered with by the customer the online shop reserves the right to reduce the refundable sum according to the reduction of the value of the goods. In order to return the goods a returns form must be completed and submitted to email@example.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be covered by the customer unless the goods ordered and goods received are not the same (e.g the received goods are faulty). The customer must return the goods or present the Web Shop with proof of shipping to goods the Web Shop Within 14 calendar days of completing and submitting the returns form. The Web Shop will refund the payment without delay, and not later than 14 calendar days from receiving the completed returns form. The Web Shop reserves the right to not refund the sum until the proof of shipment has been presented or the goods have been returned, whichever happens first. If the customer has chosen a shipping method more expensive than the cheapest one offered by the Web Shop, the Web Shop is not obligated to cover the costs extending the regular shipping cost.
The Web Shop has the right to back out of the contract and demand for the return of goods if by mistake the price in the Web Shop is marked considerably below the market price.
The right for complaints
The Web Shop is responsible if the product sold does not match what was ordered or for the product that is faulty on delivery or fault appears within 2 years from the moment of receiving the goods. Within the first 6 months from the moment of receiving the goods it is assumed that the product was faulty at the moment of receiving the goods. The Web Shop has the right to prove that the accusation is false. From the moment of noticing the fault in the product, the customer has the right to contact the Web Shop by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Web Shop is responsible for the flaws in the product, the Web Shop will replace or repair the product. If it is not possible to replace or repair the product, the online shop will return all the costs of the purchase to the customer.
The Web Shop is not responsible for the flaws that occur after the moment of receiving the goods.
The Web Shop will reply to complaints in written form within 15 calendar days.
The personal data entered by the customer (name, phone number, address, e-mail address, banking information) will only be used to process the order and ship the goods. The personal data will be given to the transportation company in order to ship the goods.
