A dessert wine barrel aged imperial stout brewed with over a ton of Estonian honey. Made in collaboration with our faraway friends from Holy Mountain.

Taste
The flavor follows to nose, offering honey-sweet notes combined with slightly roasty nutty flavors, balanced by the bitterness of roasty malts. The aftertaste is long and full-bodied, leaving a lingering chocolatey warmth with delicate woody and vanilla undertones.
Appearance
A dark brown beer with a beige-brown, medium-sized head that stays nicely. When swirled, it leaves a beautiful lacing on the glass.
Nose
The aroma is sweet, slightly roasted, and malty with prominent honey notes. Subtle hints of nuts, dates, and a touch of coconut linger in the background.
