Taste
Sweet malt is complimented by an intense character of pipe tobacco and cherry blossom. An assertive roast character from the chicory root follows through, with hints of menthol, herbal hoppiness and umami. Best enjoyed under the stars after an evening of smoke sauna.
Appearance
Dark black with a foamy dark brown head.
Nose
Black bread, burnt sugar, and molasses jump out with liquorice, umami, and a hint of foraged mushrooms.
