A barrel aged imperial sour ale brewed with Norwegian cherries and Estonian apples. Created in collaboration with our friends from Lindheim.

Taste
Jammy and complex, with crisp acidity coming from the apples, followed by notes of luscious cherries and rooibos tea. The finish reveals complex minerality and a touch of vanilla from the long maturation in oak barrels.
Appearance
Deep red with a silky blush head.
Nose
Aromas of ripe cherries, red apples and fragrant hibiscus tea are followed by hints of toasted almonds and strawberry jam.
